Service and maintenance contracts

Service and Maintenance contracts can be offered to the client for both single machines as well as for complete systems to ensure that their asset will remain in service and function as designed for its design life or longer. Spare and wear parts are also dealt with as and when required with our Sales Team ready to take your call for a rapid turn around on your requirements.

We supply comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals as part of our delivery of a single machine or a complete systems.

Spare Parts for ensuring optimum plant operation

A Spares List with recommended and critical items identified is always produced as a part of the O&M Manual for the convenience of the client. Our Spare Parts Department is always available to arrange the supply and delivery of whatever parts are required and rapid delivery is arranged when necessary. For ‘shutdown’ work, we can provide an onsite inspection ahead of time to advise what Spares the client should obtain in advance to ensure a smooth and trouble free operation.

24 hour Call Emergency Call Out

We are pleased to offer a 24 hour emergency call out service for those with plants that need additional resources. On agreement a service team will be dispatched to site within a contracted time, and will be able to inspect and issues, provide advice and remedy the situation.
